当社は双日(株)の100％子会社として、2016年1月に太陽光発電所等のアセットマネジメントを目的に設立されました。 大規模太陽光発電所（メガソーラー）等のファイナンス、設置から運営まで、一貫したサービスを提供しております。
太陽光発電所は、地元の行政・住民の皆様との協議に始まり、投資家・銀行の出資・融資、送電に関する電力会社との協議・工事、監督官庁との折衝、安全な工事と長期運用・管理等、様々な業務がありますが、これらひとつひとつを私共がお客様に代わって実行し、収益力を高め長期的に高い価値を創造して参ります。

Sojitz Mirai Power Corporation, one of Sojitz’s consolidated subsidiary corporations, was established to provide asset management of photovoltaic power plants in January 2016. It provides a comprehensive solution from financing to the operation & maintenance of large scale PV power plants. On behalf of the project owner or SPC (special purpose company), Sojitz Mirai Power performs all the activities required for supporting the development of large scale PV power plants, such as permission and negotiation with local & municipal government and local citizens, and safe construction and long term operation & maintenance.
As a member of Sojitz group, Sojitz Mirai Power faithfully and promptly responds to customer needs, and furthermore, makes the effort to harmonize and contribute to society.
